Dear Athlete,

     Welcome to the Long & Strong West Throwers Club, an elite club for throwers. We are excited that you are interested in our site. For the price of $100, you will receive your club membership*, a club T-shirt, and you will be instructed in the throws by a group of extremely qualified, dedicated, and experienced coaches in the Pittsburgh area.  This is an outstanding way to learn technique and become knowledgeable in the throwing events.

               The LSW/Big Throw Institute will continue to meet on Sundays from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. We will meet at North Allegheny Senior High School and will continue to meet on Sundays until the weather changes. This will operate separately from the club practice schedule.   The fee for the individual sessions is $25. Club practice will end August 1st. Wednesday evenings are available for practice if planned with Coach Hambrick.

I would love to see LSW become an elite throwers club. We need young throwers in order to build this club. Let's continue our quest to become the dominant throws force in Pennsylvania!!!
